Recharge the scent in your nasal Inhaler, Congestion Pad (Breathe Air), Aromatherapy Heating/Cooling Pad or Aromatherapy Heating/Cooling Neck & Shoulder Wrap (Calm & Collected). 1 ml bottles with orifice restrictor. If you are changing scent in your Inhaler, please also order a new cotton roll (no cost.)

To use:
Inhalers: remove cover and pull the glass tube out of the inhaler; unscrew the perforated cap to expose the cotton roll. Slowly add the oil blend onto the cotton by drops, allowing each to soak in. (Originally inhalers are charged with 20 drops but as some remains in the cotton, you likely will not need the full amount to reach an acceptable scent level.) If you want to change scents, you will need to replace with a new cotton roll and use the entire contents of the recharge bottle.

Pads and Wraps: remove the washable cover and sprinkle 3-4 drops in different areas of the pad or wrap. Allow to soak in for a few minutes before replacing the cover.
